SIZING
The premium suede loafers are true to size, keep in mind that loafers don't have laces, they will have to fit tight. We recommend going down 0.5 size if you normally have half sizes for a better fit.
CARE GUIDE
We strongly recommend hand-washing all our products, when using machine wash make sure to use choose hand-wash to prevent shrinking / damaging of our premium materials.

Extremely disappointed with both the quality of these shoes and the company’s customer service.
My husband purchased four pairs of loafers from this company, and within about six months of normal use, every single pair developed mold. They were stored in the same closet as the rest of our shoes. I have also stored my own shoes in that closet for years and have never had a single pair develop mold. The only shoes affected were the ones purchased from this company.
When we contacted customer service, they refused to provide a refund or any meaningful resolution. Shoes should not develop mold after only a few months of normal use, and a company should stand behind its products when something like this happens.
They say “they haven't had any other complaints about this” but it’s probably because there’s a bunch of people walking around with hidden mold. We wouldn’t have noticed unless I took his soles out to wash them!
MOLD grew in all 4 pairs that I bought. I have about 7 other pairs of loafers that are from other brands that are considerably older and don’t HAVE MOLD GROWING ON THEM. They’re all in the same closet so there’s no reason to believe that my house, the age of the product or the frequency in which I wear them would reasonably lead to mold growing on them.
I wear socks, I don’t walk through water like some cranberry farmer. I work in an office and I wear them out to eat. That’s it.
This company won’t even give me my money back. Let alone do something substantive to make this right. As a business owner myself, this is a shameful way to run a company.

Oh by the way, my pregnant wife is the one who found the mold, but this company doesn’t seem to care about that either.
